Shipping and Returns

All of my prints are carefully printed and embellished in my home studio. Typically, it takes 1-2 days to package and ship your order. However, during busy periods, processing may take 3-5 days. If you need your order for a specific occasion and need it sooner, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll do my best to prioritise your order and get it to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Method
I ship all prints via First Class with Royal Mail.

Original Artwork
For original artwork, I will have already been in touch with you to discuss your preferred framing option. Whether framed or unframed, your original artwork will be shipped via Royal Mail’s 24-hour tracked service.

Packaging Prints:
I use plastic-free and biodegradable packaging to ship all prints. Even the glassine paper, while appearing waxy, is recyclable, so you can feel good about reducing waste when receiving your order.

Packaging Original Artwork:
I am committed to sustainability and make an effort to recycle packaging materials. As such, original artwork may arrive in reused packaging, adding a bit of charm to the unboxing experience. Rest assured, I take great care to ensure everything arrives safely and securely.
